Islami Bank hosts orientation for newly recruited security guards

Islami Bank Bangladesh PLC organized a professional skills development, training and orientation program for newly recruited security guards on 17 November 2025, Monday at the Islami Bank Tower, according to a press release.

Md. Omar Faruk Khan, Managing Director, was present as the chief guest. Dr. M. Kamal Uddin Jasim, Additional Managing Director; ASM Rezaul Karim, Director General of Islami Bank Training and Research Academy; A.K.M KawsarAlam, Senior Executive Vice President; Lieutenant Colonel (Retd.) K F A. Sohel, Vice President and Md Sanaullah, First Assistant Vice President along with other executives and officials of the bank, were also present.

A total of 130 newly recruited security guards participated in this day-long workshop. The training highlighted various aspects of responsibility, ensuring security within the banking premises and the use of modern security equipment.
