The Board of Directors of IT Consultants PLC (ITC) has approved an 11 per cent cash dividend for the shareholders for the year 2023-24.
The approval came from the 24th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the company held on Tuesday, December 10, 2024, using a Hybrid System in combination of both online and physical presence at RAOWA Convention Hall-2, VIP Road, Mohakhali, Dhaka-1206, according to a media release.
Dr. Kazi Saifuddin Munir, Managing Director & CEO, Mr. Md. Kamal Uddin, FCA, Independent Director, Mr. Dasgupta Asim Kumar, Independent Director, Other Overseas Directors, Mr. Shyamal Kanti Karmakar, CFO and Mr. Anindya Sarkar FCS, Company Secretary were present in the meeting.
