Marcel digital campaign draws customers’ attention

Three-month long Digital Registration Campaign of Marcel is drawing customer’s attention across the country.

Everyday buyers have an opportunity of getting cash vouchers, ranging from Tk 300 to Tk 1,00,000, after registering their purchased items worth Tk 10,000 or above.

Some buyers have already received Tk 100,000 cash voucher through the campaign, started from October 8 and to be continued till December 31, the brand said in a press release on Saturday.

According to Marcel officials, registered customers would also get warranty services if they lost the warranty cards of their Marcel products.

Marcel's monitoring head of logistic department Ujjal Kumar Barua said that this campaign has a positive impact on the sales.

Sales of Marcel product were gone up by 20 per cent in the January to October of 2017 period compared to the same period of the previous year, he said.

He also hoped that the sales would increase in the coming days of the campaign.

Marcel's marketing head for south zone Dr Md. Shakhawat Hossen said this registration is not only for offering a scope but also bringing the local brand’s post sales services under its online network.

Marcel is now manufacturing and marketing more than two hundreds electronics and electrical home appliances, including about 50 models of fridges, 30 models of LED TV and several models of air conditioners.
