Mercantile Bank opens CRM Booth at head office

Mercantile Bank PLC inaugurated a state-of-the-art CRM Booth at its Head Office premises on Thursday (Dec 5), offering 24/7 cash deposit and withdrawal services through a single machine. The facility was officially launched by the bank's Managing Director, Mati Ul Hasan, according to a press release.

The CRM (Cash Recycle Machine) enables account holders to deposit and withdraw cash seamlessly, with deposits credited instantly to their accounts. Additional features include mobile recharge, credit and prepaid card payments, bKash cash out, PIN changes, and mini statements, offering customers enhanced convenience and flexibility.

The inaugural event was attended by senior executives, including Deputy Managing Directors Adil Raihan, Shamim Ahmed, and Ashim Kumar Saha; Senior Executive Vice Presidents Shah Md Sohel Khurshid, Mohammad Iqbal Rezwan, and Md Abdul Halim; CTO Muhammad Mahmud Hasan; SVP and HOC Mostafizur Rahman; VP Md Mukitul Kabir, and other senior officials from the head office.
