Mercantile Bank Limited has opened its 132nd branch at Kabirhat in Noakhali.
A K M Shaheed Reza, Chairman of the bank inaugurated the branch today (Thursday).
Bank’s Executive Committee Chairman freedom fighter Alhaj Akram Hussain (Humayun) was present on the occasion as the Special Guest while the bank’s Additional Managing Director and CBO Md Quamrul Islam Chowdhury delivered the opening speech at the ceremony.
Mayor of the Municipality Johirul Haq Raihan, Vice President of Kabirhat Press club Rezaul Karim and renowned industrialist and businessman Hazi Md Ibrahim also spoke on the occasion.
Senior Executives of the bank, invited guests and journalists of print and electronic media attended the branch opening ceremony.
