Mercantile Bank opens new CRM booth at Kakrail

Mercantile Bank PLC on Wednesday (January 29) inaugurated a state-of-the-art CRM (Cash Recycle Machine) booth at Anjuman JR Tower in Kakrail. This facility offers 24/7 cash deposit and withdrawal services through a single machine, ensuring seamless banking convenience for customers.

Mati Ul Hasan, managing director of the bank, officially launched the booth, according to a media statement Saturday.

The CRM allows account holders to deposit and withdraw cash instantly, with deposits being credited to accounts in real-time. Additionally, the machine provides various services, including mobile recharge, credit and prepaid card payments, bKash cash-out, PIN changes, and mini statements, enhancing customer convenience and flexibility.

The launch event was attended by Dr Md Faizur Rahman Farooqui, Joint Director (Admin), and Md Shamsul Alam, Joint Director (Branch Affairs) from Anjuman Mufidul Islam. Also present were Mercantile Bank’s Deputy Managing Directors Md Zakir Hossain, Adil Raihan, Shamim Ahmed, Ashim Kumar Saha, and Dr Md Zahid Hossain, along with Senior Executive Vice Presidents Shah Md Sohel Khurshid and Mohammad Iqbal Rezwan, SVP and Head of Cards Mostafizur Rahman, and other senior officials from both organisations.
