Midland Bank officials participate in Bancassurance training programme conducted by Bangladesh Insurance Academy

A training programme on Bancassurance was conducted by the Bangladesh Insurance Academy at its office in Mohakhali, Dhaka.

The three-day-long training programme was specially arranged for the officials of Midland Bank, according to a media release. 

The concluding ceremony of the training programme was held on Wednesday, 23 April 2025.

Md. Ahsan-uz Zaman, Managing Director & CEO, Midland Bank PLC was present as Chief Guest.

Saswata Ray, Managing Director& CEO of Life Insurance Corporation Bangladesh Ltd. (LIC Bangladesh) was also present as Special Guest. The programme was chaired by S.M. Ibrahim Hossain, ACII, Chief Faculty Member of Bangladesh Insurance Academy.

Md. Rashed Akter, Head of Retail Distribution and Chief Bancassurance Officer, Khondoker Imran Hossain, Bancassurance Managerof Midland Bank, along with other executives and officers of the bank and faculties of Insurance Academy A.H.M Nazmus Shahadat Mia, Md. Abul Kalam Azad, among others, were present at the Certificate Awarding Ceremony of the Training Programme.
