Minibus registration in Dhaka witnessed a slight decline in 2018 compared to that of 2017, according to Bangladesh Road Transport Authority (BRTA) statistics.
A total of 436 minibuses were registered last year, 56 less than that of 2017. 492 busses got registered in 2017.
With the latest, a total of 28,389 such mode of vehicles had been registered with the BRTA in the capital until 2018, it said.
The number of registered minibuses in the capital stood at 323 in 2015 and 472 in 2016, the BRTA data further added.
