The 27th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of MJL Bangladesh PLC (MJLBPLC) was held on Monday, December 22, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. through virtual conferencing.
The meeting was presided over by Mr. Abdul-Muyeed Chowdhury, Chairman of MJLBPLC, according to a press release.
Managing Director of MJLBPLC Mr. Azam J Chowdhury; Directors of MJLBPLC Mr. Tanjil Chowdhury, Dr. Mohammad Tamim, Dr. Mohammad Ali Khan and Independent Directors Dr. G. M. Khurshid Alam and Suraiya Zannath, FCA attended the meeting.
The Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Company Secretary and the valued Shareholders of MJLBPLC also attended the meeting.
Finally, the Honorable Shareholders approved 52% Cash Dividend.
The Chairman, Managing Director, and Directors of the Company affirmed their sincere gratitude to the Shareholders and the Regulatory Bodies.
