Modhumoti Bank donates Tk 5 million to four educational institutions

Modhumoti Bank PLC donated Tk 5 million (50 lacs) to four educational institutions of Konkapoit, Chauddagram Upazila, Cumilla.

Among them, Tk 15 lacs to Al-Haj Noor Mia College, Tk 15 lacs to Alhaj Ayesha Khatun Polytechnic Institute, Tk 10 lacs to Mostafa Kamal High School and Tk 10 lacs was donated to Alhajjah Ayesha Noor Mohila Dakhil Madrasha under the bank’s CSR program on Thursday, May 15, 2025, according to a press release. 

Mr Md Shafiul Azam, Managing Director and CEO of Modhumoti Bank PLC, handed over the cheques to Mr M MohibBullah, Principal of Al-Haj Noor Mia College, Mr Md Mostafizur Rahman, Principal of Alhaj Ayesha Khatun Polytechnic Institute; Mr Kaji Mohammad Shahnewaj, Headmaster of Mostafa Kamal High School; and Mr Mahamudul Hasan, Superintendent of Alhajjah Ayesha Noor Mohila Dakhil Madrasha‌ at the bank’s Head Office, Gulshan, Dhaka.

Mr Shahnawaj Chowdhury, Additional Managing Director, Mr Arab Fazlur Rahman Deputy Managing Director and Chief Risk Officer, Mr Kamrul Hasan Khan, Deputy Managing Director and Chief Business Officer, along with high officials of the bank, were present in the program.
