Modhumoti Bank organises ‘Town Hall Meeting and Customer Conference’ at Naogaon

Modhumoti Bank successfully organised a ‘Town Hall Meeting and Customer Conference’ at Naogaon on August 10, 2025, at the Modhumoti Naogaon Branch.

The event was graced by the presence of Md. Shafiul Azam, Managing Director & CEO of Modhumoti Bank, will be the chief guest, according to a press release.

Arab Fazlur Rahman, Deputy Managing Director & Chief Business Officer, attended the event as a special guest.

Senior officials, including the Heads of various divisions of Head Office, the Branch Manager from Naogaon branch, along with Operation Managers and other officials, were present at the meeting.

During his address at the customer conference, Mr. Md. Shafiul Azam interacted with the esteemed customers of Naogaon Branch and received their feedback on the bank’s current service quality and how the service quality can be further improved.

Moreover, he elaborated on the Bank’s current operations, future plans, and strategic development initiatives. He expressed his heartfelt appreciation for the employees’ efficiency and professionalism in delivering quality customer service and instructed them to maintain it in the future.
