Modhumoti Bank signs an agreement with AMAL UK Limited, UK

Modhumoti Bank PLC has signed a Remittance Tie Up agreement with AMAL UK Limited, UK on Tuesday, 27th May 2025, at the bank head office, Gulshan, Dhaka.

Mr Md Shafiul Azam, Managing Director and CEO of Modhumoti Bank PLC, and Mr Nazmoul Hasan, CEO of AMAL UK Limited, handed over the agreement copy on behalf of their respective organisations, according to a press release.

Among others, Mr Shahnawaj Chowdhury, Additional Managing Director; Mr Kamrul Hasan Khan, DMD & Chief Business Officer; and high officials of both the organisations were present.

Under this agreement, customers of AMAL UK Limited can send their hard-earned remittances through Modhumoti Bank in Bangladesh, and the beneficiaries will be able to receive their remittances from any branch/agent point of the bank.
