Modhumoti Bank signs MoU with Spark Ride Technology

Modhumoti Bank PLC signed a MoU with Spark Ride Technology Limited on Sunday at the bank’s Head Office, Gulshan, Dhaka, according to a press release.

In the presence of Mr. Md. ShafiulAzam, Managing Director & CEO of the bank; Mr. Arab Fazlur Rahman, Deputy Managing Director & Chief Business Officer of the bank, and Mr. Khaledur Rahman Dewan, Chief Operating Officer of Spark Ride Technology Limited, signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organizations. Mr. Shahnawaj Chowdhury, Additional Managing Director of the Bank, was also present at the signing ceremony.

Under this agreement, Modhumoti Bank credit cardholders will be able to enjoy EMI facility up to 24 months on eligible purchases. Senior officials from both organizations were also present at the signing ceremony.
