Modhumoti Bank PLC signed an MoU with VIG Crafts & Products Co. Ltd on Monday, August 18, 2025, at the Bank’s Head Office, Gulshan, Dhaka, according to a press release.
In presence of Mr. Md. Shafiul Azam, Managing Director & CEO of Modhumoti Bank and Mr. Md. Faruk Alam, Managing Director of VIG Crafts & Products Co. Ltd; Mr. Arab Fazlur Rahman, Deputy Managing Director & Chief Business Officer of Modhumoti Bank and Mr. Abdul Matin Sohel, Executive Director of VIG Crafts & Products Co. Ltd signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organizations.
Among others, high officials of both the organizations were present. Under this agreement, employees of VIG Crafts and Products will be able to withdraw salary, avail credit card facilities, and receive personal loan facilities through payroll banking from the Baira Bazar Agent Point of Modhumoti Bank Singair Branch.
