To ensure best customer service and recognize the valuable contribution of the MTBians for providing excellent service in 2024, MTB has recently rewarded its ‘Service Champions’ at a simple ceremony held at MTB Centre, the bank’s Corporate Head Office, Gulshan 1, Dhaka 1212.
Syed Mahbubur Rahman, Managing Director & CEO of MTB handed over the certificates and monetary awards amongst the ‘MTB Service Champions’, according to a press release.
Among others, Md. Khalid Mahmood Khan, Additional Managing Director & CBO, Goutam Prosad Das, Deputy Managing Director & Group Head of ICC, Rais Uddin Ahmad, Deputy Managing Director & CAMLCO, Md. Bakhteyer Hossain, Deputy Managing Director & Chief Operating Officer (COO), Md. Shamsul Islam, Deputy Managing Director & Group Head of Treasury, Md. Shafquat Hossain, Deputy Managing Director & Head of Retail, Sharmin Ahmed, Head of Service Quality and Khalid Hossin, Head of Digital Banking Division of MTB along with other senior officials were also present at the programme.
