In a move to realign strategic priorities and empower front-line leadership, Mutual Trust Bank PLC (MTB) recently convened its 2025 Branch Banking Conference at Dream Square Resort, Mawna, Gazipur.
The two-day conference brought together MTB’s leadership and key stakeholders to reflect on achievements, align strategic priorities, and focus on the bank’s roadmap for sustainable growth in the evolving financial landscape, according to a press release.
The event was inaugurated by Syed Mahbubur Rahman, Managing Director & CEO of MTB. Senior management participants included Additional Managing Directors (AMDs), Chowdhury Akhtar Asif and Md. Khalid Mahmood Khan, and Deputy Managing Directors (DMDs), Md. Bakhteyer Hossain, Md. Shafquat Hossain, and Abdul Mannan (Head of BBD). Also present were Regional Heads, Branch Managers, Operations Managers, and Heads of various divisions & departments from the Corporate Head Office.
The conference featured strategic discussions focused on strengthening customer engagement through service excellence, harnessing technology for operational agility, and fostering leadership capabilities to drive branch performance.
