Mutual Trust Bank PLC (MTB) has launched a QR-Based Customer Feedback Solution to enhance service quality and strengthen employee accountability in its branches, jointly developed by the Service Quality Department and Digital Banking Division.
According to a press release, the system enables customers to share real-time, employee-specific feedback by scanning a unique QR code assigned to each staff member.
The launching ceremony was inaugurated by Syed Mahbubur Rahman, Managing Director & CEO, Mutual Trust Bank PLC. Chowdhury Akhtar Asif, Additional Managing Director &GCRO, Md. Bakhteyer Hossain, Deputy Managing Director & COO, Md. Shamsul Islam, Deputy Managing Director & Group Head of Treasury, Usman Rashed Muyeen, Deputy Managing Director & Head of Credit Risk Management, Rais Uddin Ahmad, Deputy Managing Director, CAMLCO& Company Secretary and other senior officials were also present in the event.
