Mutual Trust Bank PLC has announced the name reveal of its internet banking platform, MTB Neo.
This transformation is a key part of the bank’s ongoing efforts to align with the vision of digital banking and provide their valued customers with a seamless, user-friendly, and more convenient experience in line with upcoming expectation and future digital shift keeping in mind the mobile-first banking approach, according to a media release.
The rebrand is part of MTB’s broader strategy to offer next-generation digital services and payment solutions.
MTB Neo provides an upgraded user interface, enhanced functionality, and more flexibility, allowing customers to manage their finances easily and efficiently from their mobile devices, the release says.
Syed Mahbubur Rahman, Managing Director & CEO of MTB, officially revealed the name of the app at a ceremony held today at MTB Centre, the bank’s Corporate Head Office in Gulshan 1, Dhaka.
The event was attended by senior MTB officials.
Speaking on the occasion, Syed Mahbubur Rahman said, “MTB Neo represents a fresh identity, but it retains the trust and reliability our customers have always valued. We believe this change will enhance the digital banking experience for our customers.”
