National Bank holds 526th meeting of the board of directors

The 526th meeting of the board of directors of National Bank was held on July 9, 2025.

The meeting was presided over by Mr. Abdul Awal Mintoo, Chairman and Sponsor Director of the bank, according to a press release.

The meeting was attended by Mr. Moazzam Hossain, Vice Chairman & Sponsor Director; Mr. Zakaria Taher, Chairman of the Risk Management Committee & Director; Mr. Muklesur Rahman, Chairman of the Executive Committee & Independent Director; Mr. Md. Abdus Satter Sarkar, Chairman of the Audit Committee & Independent Director; Mr. Md. Zulkar Nayn, Independent Director; Professor Dr. Melita Mehjabeen, Independent Director; Managing Director Mr. Adil Chowdhury, Deputy Managing Director Mr. Imran Ahmed, and Company Secretary Mr. Md. Kaiser Rashid.

During the meeting, newly appointed Managing Director Adil Chowdhury was formally welcomed to his new role by the Board of Directors.
