Notundhora again got recognition of Highest Land Development Tax Payer

This year Notundhora Assets Ltd has been selected again by the concerned Upazila Revenue Committee as the Highest Tax Payer in field of Land Development Tax (Bangla san: 1431).

Including this year, Notundhora has got this recognition for 03 times consecutively. The special honorary crest has been received by Mr Shahin Miah Shikder, Executive Director of the Company from Ms Shahina Akter, Upazila Nirbahi Officer, Shirajdikhan Upazila, according to a press release.

ISO 9001:2015 Certified Company Notundhora Assets Limited is the first housing company in the country to receive a recommendation for the acceptance of a private housing project from the National Housing Authority, in accordance with the Private Residential Land Development Rules, 2004 (amended in 2012 and 2015).

On May 21, 2025, Notundhora Assets Limited received this exceptional recognition through the official approval letter signed by the honorable Chairman of the National Housing Authority.

 Notundhora is a company that has obtained Clearance from the Department of Environment, Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) approval from the Department of Environment, approval from the Dhaka Transport Coordination Authority (DTCA) and a Non-Encumbrance Certificate from the District Administration.
