NRBC Bank holds audit committee meeting

The 62nd meeting of the audit committee of the board of directors of NRBC Bank PLC was held on Tuesday, July 01, 2025, at the bank’s head office.

Mr Muhammad Emdad Ullah, FCA, Independent Director and Chairman of the audit committee presided over the meeting, according to a press release.

Independent Directors Mr Md Anwar Hossain and Mr Md Nurul Haque; Managing Director & CEO Dr Md Touhidul Alam Khan; Head of Internal Control and Compliance Division (ICCD) Mr Muhammad Hajjaj-Bin-Mahfooz and  Company Secretary Mr Mohammad Ahsan Habib were present at the meeting.
