NRBC Bank holds its 200th board meeting

NRBC Bank PLC organised its 200th meeting of the Board of Directors on 4 May 2025.

Md Ali Hossain Prodhania, the Independent Director and Chairman of the bank, presided over the meeting, according to a media release. 

Md Abul Bashar, Md Anwar Hossain, Md Nurul Haque, Barrister Md Shafiqur Rahman and Muhammad Emdad Ullah, FCA, Independent Directors, Kabir Ahmed, Managing Director (C.C.), Harunur Rashid, DMD & CFO and Mohammad Ahsan Habib, Company Secretary of the bank, attended the meeting. 

“Our 200th board meeting marks an important milestone in the bank’s journey,” said Chairman Md Ali Hossain Prodhania.

“We shall remain committed to being responsible for good governance, stable growth and delivering quality service to our customers.”
