The 14th annual general meeting (AGM) of Primary Dealers Bangladesh Limited (PDBL) was held in a Dhaka city hotel on Friday.
Board of Directors Chairman of PDBL and Chief Executive Officer of Sonali Bank PLC Md Afzal Karim presided over the meeting, according to a press release.
Among others, members of PDBL Board of Directors and representative from 20 members of PDBL attended the meeting.
Vice Chairman of PDBL and Managing Director & CEO of Mutual Trust Bank Limited, Syed Mahbubur Rahman elected the new Chairman and Managing Director & CEO of Rupali Bank PLC, Mohammad Jahangir elected as Vice Chairman in the meeting.
The existing Chairman of PDBL Md Afzal Karim congratulated the newly elected Chairman.
