‘Rampura Branch’ of Mercantile Bank shifted to new location

The ‘Rampura Branch’ of Mercantile Bank PLC has been shifted to new premises on Sunday to provide the latest and developed banking services in a spacious arrangement.

Morshed Alam, MP, Chairman of the bank inaugurated the branch's new location by cutting a ribbon from the bank’s head office virtually as the chief guest.

Managing Director of the bank Md Quamrul Islam Chowdhury presided over the meeting, according to a press statement.

A S M Feroz Alam, Vice Chairman; Al-Haj Akram Hossain (Humayun), Chairman, Executive Committee, M Amanullah, Chairman, Mercantile Exchange House (UK) Limited; and Md Abdul Hannan, Al-Haj Mosharref Hossain and Mohammad Abdul Awal, Directors of the bank were present on the occasion as special guests.

Mati Ul Hasan, AMD, Md Zakir Hossain, Shamim Ahmed, Md Mahmood Alam Chowdhury and Asim Kumar Saha DMDs, Shah Md Sohel Khurshid and Mohammad Iqbal Rezwan SEVPs, Abu Asghar G Haruni, Company Secretary and Head of HR were present in head office of the bank.

Md Abul Bashar Khan, VP and Head of Rampura branch, Md Aminul Islam, VP and Head of Aftabnagar branch, Mohammad Hossian, VP and Head of Branches Division, invited guests, valued customers, and executives and officers of the bank were present in Rampura Branch.
