Robi Axiata Limited has introduced intelligent humanoids or service robots on Sunday.
Service robots, powered by a robust cloud-based artificial intelligence platform, deliver smart and personalised service in any environment.
The Robi-servicebots were unveiled at a ceremony held at the Experience Centre of Robi Corporate Office, according to a press release.
Robi’s Managing Director and CEO Mahtab Uddin Ahmed said, “We believe that this technology will also help the entire service sector to reinvent itself to serve the citizens of Digital Bangladesh in the near future.”
Head of Information Technology of the company, Asif Naimur Rashid said, “Robi-servicebots have the potential to reshape how service industries operate in Bangladesh.”
He also explained and demonstrated the service features of the servicebots at the event.
Robi’s Chief Corporate and People Officer, Matiul Islam Nowshad and Chief Digital Services Officer, Shihab Ahmad were present on the occasion.
