Shahjalal Islami Bank donates Tk 5m to Gonoshasthaya Kendra

Shahjalal Islami Bank PLC donated Tk 5 million to Gonoshasthaya Kendra to provide better medical services at low cost to the poor and destitute patients of the society, according to a press release.

Managing Director of the bank Mr. Mosleh Uddin Ahmed, handed over the donation cheque to Dr. Mohib Ullah Khondoker, the Director of Savar Gonoshasthaya Kendra, at a function organised at the Corporate Head Office of the Bank on Monday.

Among others, the Additional Managing Director of the bank Mr. Mr. Imtiaz U. Ahmed, the Deputy Managing Director, Mr. M. M. Saiful Islam, the SEVP &Company Secretary of the Bank Mr. Md. Abul Bashar, the CFO, Mr. Md. Jafar Sadeq, FCA, the Head of Investment Risk Management Division, Mr. Md. Amzad Hossain, the FAVP Mr. Md. Sanaur Rashid (Sagor) and the JAVP & in-charge of Public Relations Department, Mr. K.M. Harunur Rashid, were present while handing over the cheque.
