Shahjalal Islami Bank Training Academy holds induction training course for MTOs

Shahjalal Islami Bank Training Academy organised a 2-day-long induction training course for 40 newly appointed Management Trainee Officers of the bank on 13th August 2025.

The Managing Director of Shahjalal Islami Bank PLC Mr. Mosleh Uddin Ahmed inaugurated the training course as the chief guest, according to a press statement. 

The session was chaired by Mr. A.K.M. Hasan Rahim, the Senior Vice President, head of Human Resources Division of the Bank and Training Academy.

Among others, the Faculty Member of Shahjalal Islami Bank Training Academy Dr. Md. Main Uddin was also present.

The Managing Director of the bank directed various guidelines to the newly appointed officers and urged them to develop themselves as honest, efficient and competent officers through hard work, the statement adds.
