ShahjalalIslami Bank holds 376th board meeting

Shahjalal Islami Bank PLC has organised its 376th meeting of the board of directors at the corporate head office of the bank.

A K Azad, MP, the chairman of the board of directors of the bank, presided over the meeting held on Wednesday, says a media release.

The Vice-Chairman of the Board Mr. Mohammed Younus, among others, was present at the meeting.

Mr Mohiuddin Ahmed, vice-chairman of the board, joined the function through a digital platform.

The Directors Dr Anwer Hossain Khan, MP; Mr Md Sanaullah Shahid, Mr Abdul Karim (participated in the meeting through the digital platform), Mr Md Abdul Barek, Mr Abdul Halim, Mr Akkas Uddin Mollah, Mr Khandaker Shakib Ahmed, Engineer Md Towhidur Rahman, Mr Fakir Akhtaruzzaman, Mr Md Moshiur Rahman Chamak, Mrs Tahera Faruque snd Mrs Jabun Nahar (participated in the meeting through digital platform), Independent Directors Mr Ekramul Haque, Mr K A M Majedur Rahman and Mr Nasir Uddin Ahmed were also present in the meeting.

Besides, the Managing Director Mr Mosleh Uddin Ahmed and the Company Secretary (CC) of the Bank Mr AHM Ashraf Uddin were also present in the meeting.
