Sheltech (Pvt.) Ltd. inaugurated its Chattogram Office on January 20, 2025, at Rubiya Heights (2nd Floor), House 7/A/1, Road 3, Zakir Hossain Road, South Khulshi.
The event was attended by Md. Sharif Hossain Bhuiyan, Executive Director of Operations, Mr. Shajahan, Chief Operating Officer, Engr. Hosneara Parvin, Chief Business Officer, and other senior officials of Sheltech (Pvt.) Ltd, according to a press release.
With a legacy of 37 years, Sheltech has delivered over 4,100 apartments and commercial units across Dhaka, earning the trust of its clients.
Established in 1988, Sheltech Group is a prominent conglomerate in Bangladesh with over 40 associated companies, the release says.
Its operations span real estate development, industrial construction, consultancy, financial and trade services, property management, hospitality, cargo handling, ceramics, SPC poles production, and more.
The opening of the Chattogram office reflects Sheltech’s commitment to expanding its trusted expertise to new markets, the release adds.
