Sheltech Managing Director Tanvir Ahmed Achieves Special Recognition of Capstone Leadership Course

Mr. Tanvir Ahmed, Managing Director of Sheltech Group, Envoy Legacy, Envoy Textiles Limited, and Green Textiles Limited, has successfully completed the Capstone Course 2025/2 at the National Defense College in Mirpur Cantonment. The program ran from July 13 to July 31, 2025.

The Capstone Course is part of the Strategic Leadership Program, which aims to enhance the strategic thinking of senior leaders across various sectors. It brings together senior military officials, diplomats, policymakers, academics, corporate leaders, and representatives from civil society for intensive training on national security, strategic affairs, and multilateral cooperation.

The certificate awarding ceremony took place on July 31, with the Chief of Army Staff, General Waqar-Uz-Zaman, OSP, SGP, psc, as the chief guest, and the Commandant of the National Defense College, Lieutenant General Mohammad Shahinul Haque, OSP, BSP, HDMC, psc, in attendance.

Mr. Ahmed’s inclusion in the program reflects his growing role in national development through strategic leadership in the private sector.
