Snehasish Mahmud & Co. (SMAC), a well-known provider of professional Chartered Accountancy services, has celebrated its decennial anniversary at a city hotel.
The company is serving a large number of national and international clients in the business community.
Founding Partner Ms. Zareen Mahmud Hosein, presented an audio visual presentation while Snehasish Barua, the Founding Partner, delivered thematic speech at the programme held recently.
Mr. Barua presented an Ecosystem Overview of SMAC in which what and how the firm is doing is shown.
As Guests of Honour, Ms. Mohsina Yasmin – Executive Member, BIDA, Dr. Abdul Mannan Sikder – Member, NBR, Md. Moniruzzaman – President, ICAB, and Mr. Naser Ezaz Bijoy – President, FICCI were present on the occasion.
Speakers, at the programme, appreciated the SMAC for its greater positive contributions in overall ecosystem of the national economy by exchanging policy dialogue and how SMAC became a ‘think tank’ for the different development forums in Bangladesh.
Valued clients of the firm were paid honour and recognition with gifts engraved with the logo of SMAC for supporting the firm.
A tribute was given to Mr. Shahidul Alam Robi, an articled student, for his extraordinary achievement in qualifying CA within just two years. Employees serving for 10 years were awarded for ‘long service’ and dedication to the firm.
Closing remarks were given by Mr. Sukanta Bhattacharjee, FCA, Partner of SMAC.
