Sonali Bank PLC received the prestigious "Top Ten Remittance Award" for its exceptional performance in remittance collection in the last year.
Md. Shawkat Ali Khan, MD & CEO of Sonali Bank PLC received the award from the program Branding Bangladesh, arranged by Centre for NRB at a city hotel on Saturday, according to a press release.
Foreign Advisor Md. Touhid Hossain attended the program as chief guest.
Chairperson of Centre for NRB M S Shekil Chowdhury presided over the program, while Speaker of the council (tower hamlet) Saif Uddin Khaled and BB Governor Ahsan H Mansur as special guest.
