Sonali Bank PLC signed an agreement with Bangladesh Tourism Board to collect charges and fees from tour operators through Sonali Payment Gateway (SPG).
The signing ceremony was held at the bank’s head office conference room on 15 September, Sunday, according to a media release.
Sonali Bank PLC CEO & Managing Director Md. Afzal Karim and Bangladesh Tourism Board CEO Abu Tahir Muhammad Zaber exchanged the documents after the signing.
Sonali Bank PLC General Manager Md. Moniruzzaman and Bangladesh Tourism Board Deputy Director Mohibul Islam signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organization.
Among others, the bank’s Deputy Managing Directors and high officials of both organizations attended the programme.
