Sonali Life Insurance Company Limited organised its “Team Enrichment and Business Conference 2025” on Saturday at the scenic Foy’s Lake in Chattogram, the port city of Bangladesh.
The conference, held under the slogan “Mission – Let’s Double It,” featured discussions on the company’s future plans, growth strategies, and ways to enhance customer service quality, said a press release.
Sonali Life Director Fouzia Kamrun Tania attended the event as the chief guest, while Director Sheikh Md. Daniel was the main speaker. Acting Chief Executive Officer Rafiqul Islam delivered the keynote speech.
Special guests included Chief Operating Officer Mohammad Manzur Morshed, Deputy Managing Director S M Mahiuddin Faruqui, Assistant Managing Director Satyajit Das Gupta, Maulana Mohammad Alauddin, Assistant General Manager Mohammad Mahiuddin, as well as branch managers, unit managers, and financial associates from the Chattogram territory.
Speakers emphasized Sonali Life’s consistent success, the contributions of field officers, and the importance of teamwork in ensuring customer satisfaction.
Currently, Sonali Life Insurance provides uninterrupted insurance services across the Chattogram Division through 108 branch offices.
As of October 2025, the division alone achieved a total premium collection of Tk 3.16 billion, including both first-year and renewal premiums.
The company has also maintained strong performance in claim settlements — paying over Tk 450 million in 2023, Tk 1.5 billion in 2024, and more than Tk 1.83 billion up to October 2025.
