Southeast Bank Training Institute hosts Capacity Development Program to Enhance Marketing Expertise

Recently Southeast Bank Training Institute hosted a “Capacity Development Program to Enhance Marketing Expertise on Retail Banking Loan and Credit Card”.

This program aimed to equip banking professionals with advanced strategies and practical skills to effectively market financial products in a competitive landscape, according to a media release. 

Mr. M. A. Kashem, Chairman of Southeast Bank PLC delivered his insightful directional speech.

He highlighted the bank’s commitment to innovation and customer-centric growth.

The sessions of the program commenced following a welcome speech by Ms. Sayma Banu, Director (Training) of the Training Institute. Experienced internal and external resource persons, including Mr. Md. Jahangir Kabir, EVP and Head of ID; Mr. Md. Abdul Kader, SAVP, Retail Banking Division; Ms. Farhana Hossain Erna, AVP, Card Division; and Ms. Humaira Sharmeen, CEO of Humaira’s Collection and Lead Consultant at Campus to Corporate, who shared their insights on the topic.

Mr. Nuruddin Md. Sadeque Hossain, Managing Director of Southeast Bank PLC delivered the inaugural speech. 

Seventy participants from different branches of the bank were invited in the program, the release adds.
