Special offer up to Tk 2.5 million at Sheltech’s 37th Anniversary Fair 2025

Sheltech (Pvt.) Ltd is celebrating its 37th founding anniversary by a housing fair, running from April 15 to May 15, 2025.

The fair will be held simultaneously at Sheltech’s Dhaka and Chattogram offices, operating every day from 10 am to 6 pm, including Fridays, according to a media release. 

Over 300 apartments and commercial spaces will be available at prime locations such as Banani, Dhanmondi, Gulshan, Bashundhara, Kakrail, Malibagh, Uttara, Asad Avenue, Jolshiri Abashon, and Panchlaish R/A in Chattogram.

A special offer of up to 2.5 million (25 lakh) Taka will be provided for booking apartments or commercial spaces at the anniversary fair.

Additionally, interested clients will receive complimentary interior consultancy services from expert architects upon registration.

The fair was inaugurated on Tuesday by Md. Sharif Hossain Bhuiyan, Executive Director of Sheltech (Pvt.) Ltd.

The event was attended by Strategic Planning, PR & Marketing Advisor Naushad Choudhury, Chief Operating Officer Shajahan, Senior GM Engineer Hosneara Parvin, Head of Sales & Marketing A K M Rafiul Islam, and other senior officials.

Interested buyers can join the fair at either of the two venues located in Dhaka or Chattogram, the release adds.
