Standard Bank holds 119th meeting of Audit Committee of the Board of Directors

The 119th meeting of the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors of Standard Bank PLC was held on Sunday in the bank’s boardroom of the head office in Dhaka city.

Chairman of the committee Golam Hafiz Ahmed presided over the meeting.

The meeting was attended by members of the committee Ashok Kumar Saha, S A M Hossain and A K M Abdul Alim.

Md Habibur Rahman, Managing Director & CEO, Md. Siddiqur Rahman, Deputy Managing Director & COO, and Md Mizanur Rahman FCS, Company Secretary, were also present.
