The 407th Board Meeting of Shari'ah-based bank Standard Bank PLC was held on Wednesday at its head office in Dhaka, according to a press release.
Chairman of the Board of Directors Mohammed Abdul Aziz presided over the meeting.
It was attended by Vice Chairman A K M Abdul Alim, Director and Founder Chairman Kazi Akram Uddin Ahmed, Director and Founder Vice Chairman Kamal Mostafa Chowdhury, Directors Ashok Kumar Saha, Ferozur Rahman, Mohammed Shamsul Alam, Gulzar Ahmed, Md. Zahedul Hoque, Ashit Kumar Saha, Jhahedul Alam, and Independent Director Golam Hafiz Ahmed.
Md. Habibur Rahman, Managing Director; Md. Siddiqur Rahman, Deputy Managing Director; and Md. Mizanur Rahman, FCS, Company Secretary; were also present in the meeting.
