The 409th board meeting of Shari'ah-based bank, Standard Bank PLC., was held on Wednesday at the boardroom at its head office in Dhaka.
Chairman of the Board of Directors Mohammed Abdul Aziz presided over the meeting, according to a press release.
It was attended by Vice Chairman A K M Abdul Alim, Director and Founder Chairman Kazi Akram Uddin Ahmed, Director and Founder Vice Chairman Kamal Mostafa Chowdhury, Directors Ashok Kumar Saha, Ferozur Rahman, S.A.M. Hossain, Al-haj Mohammed Shamsul Alam, Gulzar Ahmed, Md. Zahedul Hoque, Ferdous Ali Khan and Independent Directors Golam Hafiz Ahmed & Khondoker Rumy Ehsanul Huq. Md. Habibur Rahman, Managing Director; Md. Siddiqur Rahman, Deputy Managing Director; and Md. Mizanur Rahman, FCS, Company Secretary were also present in the meeting.
