Standard Bank inaugurates NPSB- IBFT service

To enhance customer service and ensure instant inter-banking transactions, Standard Bank PLC has launched the NPSB-IBFT (NPSB Inter Bank Fund Transfer) service, according to a press release.

As the chief guest, Chairman of the bank Mr. Mohammed Abdul Aziz formally inaugurated the service in a ceremony held at its head office on Tuesday.

Managing Director Md. Habibur Rahman presided over the ceremony where Deputy Managing DirectorMd. Siddiqur Rahman along with senior executives of Head Office were present.

Heads & Deputy Heads of all branches of the bank virtually joined the program through Zoom platform. Through NPSB-IBFT, customers can now transfer funds instantly withother banks, and vice versa, under NPSB- IBFT network nationwide. This milestone enhances convenience and accessibility of customers of Standard Bank in digital transactions.
