The 142nd meeting of the Board of Directors of Takaful Islami Insurance PLC was held on February 27, 2025, at House # 23/Ka, Road # 7, Dhanmondi R/A, Dhaka, according to a press release.
Mrs. Tahmina Afroz, the chairman of the company, presided over the meeting, which was attended by members of the board including the Chief Executive Officer Mr. Abul Kalam Azad.
Besides, Mr. Mohammad Selim, Addl. Managing Director, Mr. Mohammad Mamunul Islam, CFO, and Mr. Mohammad Shaheen Miah, Company Secretary, were also present.
The board discussed the important matters and took decisions.
