The 147th meeting of the Board of Directors of Takaful Islami Insurance PLC was held on October 21, 2025.
The Chairman of the Company Mrs. Tahmina Afroz presided over the meeting which was attended by members of the Board, including the Chief Executive Officer Mr. Abul Kalam Azad, according to a media release.
Besides, Addl. Managing Director Mr. Mohammad Selim, CFO Mr. Mohammad Mamunul Islam and Company Secretary Mr. Mohammad Shaheen Miah were also present.
The Board of Directors approved the third Quarter Financial Statement (Unaudited) for the year 2025.
