The 138th meeting of the Board of Directors of Takaful Islami Insurance Limited was held on July 30, 2024, at House # 23/Ka, Road # 7, Dhanmondi R/A, Dhaka.
The Chairman of the Company Mrs Tahmina Afroz presided over the meeting which was attended by all members of the Board including the Chief Executive Officer Mr Abul Kalam Azad, according to a media release.
Mr Mohammad Selim, Addl Managing Director, Mr Mohammad Mamunul Islam, CFO and Mr Mohammad Shaheen Miah, Company Secretary were also present.
The Board of Directors approved the 2nd Quarter Financial Statement (Un-audited) for the year 2024.
