Takaful Islami Insurance holds nomination, remuneration committee meeting

The 33rd meeting of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of Takaful Islami Insurance PLC was held on Tuesday at House No. 23/Ka, Road No. 07, Dhanmondi R/A, Dhaka.

The Chairman of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, Mr. Kaikobad presided over the meeting which was attended by, Mrs. Tahmina Afroz and Mr. Mahmud Ali Khan, members of the Committee, according to a press release.

Chief Executive Officer Mr. Abul Kalam Azad, Additional Managing Director Mr. Mohammad Selim, CFO Mr Mohammad Mamunul Islam & Company Secretary Mr. Mohammad Saheen Miah were also present in the meeting.

The meeting discussed about the important matters and took some decisions.
