Toyota in Bangladesh announces new workshops to continue uninterrupted aftersales services

Toyota Tsusho Corporation has implemented new business arrangements from Tuesday (July 1) as part of its ongoing strategy to optimise operations for better serving its customers.
The company said in a media statement that its focus is on aligning its operations to better meet the evolving needs of the customers and society at large in the dynamic automotive market.
“We would like to assure all Toyota customers that their needs will remain our top priority during this transition. We remain committed to providing exceptional care and support to each of our customers, and to ensuring that the quality and service they expect from the Toyota brand will not only be maintained but enhanced,” the statement read.
Toyota customers have been advised to reach Continental Works Limited at Bhatara in Baridhara or Carboy Private Limited at Agrabad C/A in Chattogram continue for aftersales services, repairs, and warranty claims from 1 July until further notice.
The company said they have taken steps to ensure that all after-sales needs are addressed promptly and efficiently, providing a seamless experience for our valued customers.
