Trust Bank launches its new switching system, enhancing digital services

Trust Bank PLC has successfully launched its in-house switching system, migrating ATMs, POS terminals, and VISA debit cards to enhance service and security.
The new system introduces enhanced self-service features, including PIN changes, card maintenance, virtual cards, and QR payments via the mobile app, according to a media release.
Planned upgrades include credit card migration, the launch of an e-commerce gateway, greater flexibility for Fintech partnerships, and AI-powered nano loans.
The new system was formally inaugurated by Mr. Ahsan Zaman Chowdhury, Managing Director & CEO of Trust Bank PLC, in the presence of senior members of the bank’s management team, where he stated, “This achievement is a testament to our commitment to innovation and customer-centric solutions. We continue to invest in technology to deliver seamless, secure, and convenient banking experiences for our customers. Our journey towards becoming a future-ready digital bank is just beginning.”
