Union Bank holds its 20th meeting of newly formed Board of Directors

The 20^th Board Meeting of the newly formed Board of the Directors of Union Bank PLC was held at the bank’s Head Office, Gulshan-1, Dhaka on 20 February, 2025.  

Chairman of the bank Mr. Md. Fariduddin Ahmed presided over the meeting, according to a media release. 

Besides, chairman of the Risk Management Committee Mr. Md. Humayun Kabir, Chairman of the Audit Committee Mr. Sheikh Zahidul Islam, FCA, Independent Directors Dr. Md. Shahidul Islam Zahid, Mr. Mohammad Saiful Alam, Managing Director (CC) of the bank Mr. Shafiuddin Ahmed, Deputy Managing Directors Mr. Md. Jahangir Alam and Mr. Mohammad Iqbal were present in the meeting.

In the meeting, details were discussed and important decisions were taken to improve the bank’s business, investment, financial condition and customer service quality.
