Union Bank holds its 39th meeting of Board of Directors

The 39^th Board Meeting of the newly formed Board of the Directors of Union Bank PLC was held at the bank’s Head Office, Gulshan-1, Dhaka on 03 June 2025.

Chairman of the Board of the Directors of the bank Mr. Md. Fariduddin Ahmed presided over the meeting, according to a media release. 

Chairman of the Board Risk Management Committee Mr. Md. Humayun Kabir, Independent Directors Dr. Md. Shahidul Islam Zahid, Mr. Mohammad Saiful Alam and Managing Director & CEO of the bank Mr. Mohd. Humayun Kabir were present in the meeting.

Deputy Managing Director Mr. Shafiuddin Ahmed attended the meeting on the occasion.

In the meeting, important decisions were taken for the purpose of expanding the bank’s business and improving the quality of customer service, the release adds.
