Union Bank holds its 41st meeting of board of directors

The 41^st Board Meeting of the newly formed Board of the Directors of Union Bank PLC was held at the bank’s Head Office, Gulshan-1, Dhaka on 19 June, 2025.  

Chairman of the Board of the Directors of the bank Mr. Md. Fariduddin Ahmed presided over the meeting, according to a media release. 

Chairman of the Board Risk Management Committee Mr. Md. Humayun Kabir, Independent Directors Dr. Md. Shahidul Islam Zahid, Mr. Mohammad Saiful Alam and Managing Director & CEO of the bank Mr. Mohd. Humayun Kabir were present in the meeting.

Deputy Managing Directors Mr. Shafiuddin Ahmed and Mr. Mohammad Iqbal attended the meeting on the occasion.

In the meeting, discussed in detail on bank deposits, investment, foreign trade, expatriate income and various ongoing issues and were expressed thanks for the trust of the people at all levels in Union Bank.
