Union Bank organises ‘Use and Benefits of Digital Transactions’ programme

The Financial Literacy Wing of Shariah-based Union Bank PLC recently organised a programme titled ‘Use and Benefits of Digital Transactions’ at the Ukhiya branch of the bank in Cox's Bazar, said a media statement on Sunday.

SVP and Head of Branches Operation & Control Division and Financial Literacy Wing of the bank Chowdhury SM Atiqur Rahman Hyder was present at the event as chief guest.

Head of Cox's Bazar Branch AVP Chowdhury Md Arfanul Hoque Hakkani, Head of Ukhiya Branch FAVP Md Jahed Ullah, Head of Hnila Branch FAVP Mohammad Hanif and Head of Link Road Branch SPO Khorsedul Alam attended the programme as special guests.

Besides, local elites of Ukhiya were also in attendance.

In the programme, discussions on the importance of digital transactions, financial plans, and the benefits of savings were discussed.
